If you've completed your RYA PWC (jetski) proficiency course and you're looking to gain more and 'do more' with your jetski (PWC) this might just be the training day for you. Many of our students intend to use their jetski's to do more than just have a burn off the beach and therefore would prefer the comfort of having a bit more information, experience and tuition before they head off on their adventures.

Looking to take your Jetski (PWC) further afield? Learn about the essential planning and execution of a longer passage along with what to do in an emergency.
Duration: 1 day
Included: Use of our Yamaha Waverunners (max 2 per PWC), Wetsuit, Impact Buoyancy Aid & Booties
Pre-Requisites:
- RYA PWC Proficiency Certificate
- Minimum Age: 16 yrs
What's involved?
Practical:
- Jetski (PWC) Preparation & Safety Kit for longer passages
- Engine Checks
- PWC Handling refresher
- Carrying out a passage afloat
- Person Overboard Recovery (including recovery of a POB onto a PWC/jetski)
- VHF Marine Radio procedures (routine calls to marinas/fuel pontoons + Emergency calls)

- Emergencies (What to do in event of a break down, injury etc)
